My personal story
Through my own painful experiences—such as migration and loss of my son—I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for people who have suffered a profound loss. These experiences have inspired me to support others in their darkest hours through grief counseling and accompany them on their healing journey.
When is grief counseling useful?
You might consider grief counseling and psychological support if you:
- You have lost someone close to you through a sudden, unexpected death.
- You have lost someone after a long illness or through suicide.
- You yourself are suffering from a serious illness or a loved one is terminally ill.
