About Me
My Journey, My Understanding – your Support
With over 40 years of experience in working with people and an intercultural background that has taken me through different countries and cultures, I bring a deep understanding and a compassionate approach to my work as a psychological counselor, grief counselor, and in the fields of Psychogenealogy and Transgenerational Therapy.
Growing up in communist Romania, I later lived in Germany, the USA, and China. These international experiences profoundly shaped my understanding of intercultural contexts and my sensitivity in dealing with people from different walks of life.
I am a certified Psychological Counselor and Grief Counselor with a special focus on mindfulness, communication, and empathy. My approach to counseling is interdisciplinary and holistic.
Through my specialization in Psychogenealogy and Transgenerational Therapy, I offer unique access to the deeper issues that shape our lives. I speak several languages, which allows me to overcome communication barriers and build an authentic connection with my clients.
My personal path hasn’t always been easy, and I’ve personally experienced many of the challenges that my clients face ( as migration and several losses). These experiences have become my strength, as they allow me to respond to individual needs with genuine empathy and deep understanding.
I see my role as accompanying you on your journey – with an open heart, well-founded knowledge, and a deep connection to what moves you.

My Path through Loss – My Mission to Help Others
The illness and death of my son was a profound event that fundamentally changed my life and my understanding of pain and grief. This personal tragedy led me on a path of intense self-reflection and inner growth. By confronting my own loss and the challenges associated with it, I developed deep compassion and a greater understanding of other people’s grief and pain. These experiences motivated me to find my calling in grief counseling. I wanted to not only facilitate my own healing, but also support others in their darkest hours and help them find their own way through the pain. This path of healing and support has become my passion, and I use my personal experience to offer others a source of hope and comfort.
